Effective on MeowMood’s official launch date. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
MeowMood is operated by Alex Huang (MeowMood) and provides cat profiles, care records and probabilistic AI observations. Use your own judgment and consult a veterinarian when needed. AI results are not diagnoses, emergency services, pedigree certification or translations of cat language.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to upload photos, audio and data. Do not infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service or use the app for unlawful activities. Keep your account secure and check the accuracy of your records.
AI credits and purchases
New households receive 2 free AI analyses. Additional consumable credits are available through Apple App Store or Google Play in packs of 20 and 100 credits. The currency, price, taxes and availability shown in your store apply. Refunds and payment disputes follow the purchasing platform’s rules. Credits or benefits from refunded, revoked or unverifiable transactions may be withdrawn. Credits are deducted only when an interpretable analysis is completed. Uninterpretable results caused by poor media quality, unsupported formats or system failure should not permanently deduct a credit.
MeowMood does not currently sell lifetime plans to new users. Any legitimate, store-verified legacy lifetime benefits remain eligible for restoration and compatible handling according to the original purchase.
Availability and limits of liability
Maintenance, network issues, third-party platforms or factors beyond our control may interrupt service. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, MeowMood is not liable for losses caused by treating AI observations as veterinary diagnoses or pedigree assessments.
